Thanks for stopping for a second to learn a little bit more about me. I have built my real estate business around two things: listening and educating. I work hard to listen to my clients to better understand their needs, concerns and goals. I promise to respect you. For example, I will never push you to spend more on a home than you are comfortable! Secondly, I take the time to educate my clients and anyone who will listen about the state of our local real estate market. (What you see on HGTV isn’t always true in some parts of the country. Real estate is very localized.) I also keep myself up on loan products and tax credits that are available to make sure my clients get the best financing scenario possible.
I am active is several local non-profit organizations. I am a Trustee of Girls Inc. of Monroe County, www.girlsinc-monroe.org, whose mission is to Inspire all Girls to be Strong, Smart and Bold. I even competed in the local Dancing with the Celebrities fundraising event on behalf of Girls Inc. and raised over $10,000.
I also sit on the board for Bloomington Restorations, Inc., www.bloomingtonrestorations.org. I have served on the board and the Affordable Housing committee for over 4 years. This passionate group works to preserve and save many of Monroe County’s charming homes by rehabilitating them or even moving them to a new location. Many of these projects then become affordable homes for buyers meeting income guidelines.
